Hi I’m Elizabeth, Owner and teacher at Juicy Yoga Noho. Seven years ago I had a vision to bring a healing space to my community. I imagined a safe space that feels comfortable to everyone, offering a variety of specialties to help people with physical, spiritual, mental and emotional healing. I fell in love with yoga more than a decade ago when it showed me that I could love my body and move freely without pain and restriction. I hope to share that with you. My classes are designed with the beginner in mind, a slow flow, restorative and basics. I am a firm believer in our capacity as humans to drastically improve our health through proper use of breath. My classes include pranayama, music, mantra, asana (yoga postures) and plenty modification specific to your individual needs. I am Yoga alliance certified and am currently working on a second certification in the discipline of Kundalini Yoga. I am excited to blend this style with my Hatha training to bring you truly unique and fulfilling classes. Look for Kundalini specific classes on the schedule soon. I am also available for private yoga. You can view my available appointments and book HERE
